Terms & Conditions

Rates are inclusive of 5% VAT.
5 Class and 10 days Class Packages are activated on the date of purchase.
One Month Unlimited Package is activated from the first visit and within 6 months of the date of purchase.
3 Months Unlimited package is activated from the first visit and within 1 year of the date of purchase. This Package can be frozen for up to 2 weeks.
Packages are non-refundable and cannot be put on hold.
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your booking 2 hours (minimum) before the start of the class if you choose not to attend. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full amount of that class. Unlimited Package holders will have one day deducted from the validity of their package.
Payments made online will appear on your Bsport account in less than 24 hours. You will receive a receipt via the email registered on your Bsport account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact details in your Bsport account are kept up to date.
Yogihearts has a NO Refund Policy on all class passes, events, and workshops.
Yogihearts reserves the right to change the class schedules and timings at any point.
Yogihearts reserves the right to close on public holidays.
